Strategy advisory, seed stage

# Strategic advisory for deep tech, SaaS and consumer ventures.

Senior advice for founders who have raised and now have to deliver, and for the programmes that back them. Led by Dineshwara Manideepu, on a written method, with the evidence behind every recommendation.

For founders

For programmes and partners

Every claim we make carries its source. Every engagement leaves the method with your team.

Where to start

## Two ways to work with us.

Seed-stage founders

### You have raised your first round. Now the plan has to hold.

We work alongside founding teams on the decisions that set the next two years: who to sell to first, how to price, how to build the go-to-market engine, how to prepare the company for its next raise, and how to govern it well.

First step: the Strategic Diagnostic

Two weeks of document review and leadership interviews. You get the three to five areas that will move the business most, and a 90-day roadmap. The fee is credited if you go on to an engagement.

**What it is not:** an introduction to investors.

Incubators, accelerators and founder programmes

### Give every founder in your cohort a senior strategist's method.

We run founder readiness for programme cohorts. Dineshwara leads the sessions, and Founder OS takes each founder through the method between them. You get a cohort report on sessions delivered, mentoring hours and readiness progress.

First step: a Pilot Cohort

8 to 12 weeks with one cohort, starting with a week to agree what the pilot will report on. The pilot fee is credited toward a full licence.

Industries

## Three sectors, each with its own hard problems.

[01 Deep Tech When the science works, the business still has to. Turning research into a buyer's business case Pilots that turn into purchases Telling a technical story to non-technical buyers Hiring the first commercial leader into a scientific team See how we work with Deep Tech founders](https://dmassociates.xyz/advisory/deep-tech/)

[02 SaaS Growth that compounds, not growth that leaks. Finding the reliable growth motion Pricing and packaging The metrics boards and investors ask for The first sales or marketing hire See how we work with SaaS founders](https://dmassociates.xyz/advisory/saas/)

[03 Consumer & Lifestyle Brands that hold their margin as they scale. Unit economics by channel The right capital mix for inventory and growth Entering new markets Building a brand without buying every customer See how we work with Consumer & Lifestyle founders](https://dmassociates.xyz/advisory/consumer-lifestyle/)

Quantum sensing · Pre-seed

Structured the market opportunity, built the validation framework, and supported the fundraise from pitch to due diligence.

Outcome

Raised ₹3 crore; invited to present at a national quantum technology initiative.

Consumer brands fund · Cross-border

Restructured a planned $10M equity raise: equity for core capability, venture debt for inventory and sales.

Outcome

$1M equity and $9M venture debt, protecting founder ownership.

AI-native spacetech · Pre-seed

Translated the technology into a business case: market sizing, revenue model, competitive positioning and documentation.

Outcome

Raised $2.5M pre-seed.

Outcomes reflect each company's own work and circumstances. They are not a prediction of results for any other company.

Method

## A method you can test before you talk to us.

Our advice follows a written method with four forcing functions: structured checks that score each claim against what supports it, and end in a clear result.

### Four forcing functions

### [Kill / Pivot / Go](https://dmassociates.xyz/founder-os/kill-pivot-go/)

Scores the evidence behind an idea and returns a verdict the founder did not choose.

### [Assumption Integrity Layer](https://dmassociates.xyz/founder-os/assumption-integrity-layer/)

Sets the model you built beside an evidence-adjusted version. The gap is your assumption risk.

### [Pitch Integrity Audit](https://dmassociates.xyz/founder-os/pitch-integrity-audit/)

Checks every slide for the evidence behind its claim, and scores the deck green, amber or red.

### [Pilot Integrity Checker](https://dmassociates.xyz/founder-os/pilot-integrity-checker/)

Tests a proposed pilot against eight criteria, from a named budget owner to a fixed end date. If they cannot be met, it is not a pilot.

### How an engagement runs

1. 01

  ### Diagnose

We test your plan against the evidence before recommending anything.
2. 02

  ### Prioritise

A short list of what matters most, in order.
3. 03

  ### Embed

Weekly working sessions with your team.
4. 04

  ### Hand over

Your team keeps the work, the models and the method.

### Take the readiness check.

Twelve questions, about ten minutes. You get a written report on where your company stands on go-to-market, pricing, fundraising preparation and governance. Your answers stay in your browser unless you choose to send them.

[Programme readiness check](https://dmassociates.xyz/partners/#check)

Founder OS · Available to partner cohorts (in pilot)

## The method, as a working tool.

Founder OS takes each founder through four stages, from validating the idea to planning first revenue, with the four checks built in. AI guides each step and records what the founder can show; the checks turn it into clear results. Programme teams receive a cohort report from us, and see a founder's individual work only with that founder's consent.

### Four stages, 29 steps

From the first idea to the first paying customer.

### Tested before every release

Thirty fixed reference sessions must pass first.

### Founders' work stored in the EU

Founders keep their own work.

Where we work

## Where we work.

Based in Hyderabad, working with founders and programmes worldwide. Our growth focus is Europe, where Finland was the starting point, and we work across Asia and Oceania as well.

Questions

## Questions founders ask first.

What does DM & Associates do?

We are a strategy advisory firm for seed-stage founders in deep tech, SaaS and consumer, and for the programmes that support them. We work on go-to-market, pricing, fundraising strategy and governance, using our own method and software.

Who leads the work?

Dineshwara Manideepu, our founder, on every engagement.

What does it cost?

Each engagement is scoped and quoted after a first call. The Strategic Diagnostic has a fixed fee, credited if you continue.

Do you introduce founders to investors?

Not as part of our advisory work. Paying for advisory does not affect any investment decision. Investor introductions are a separate, unpaid service on our investor page.

Is the work done by AI?

No. Software structures the method and records the evidence. In advisory, Dineshwara makes the judgements and reviews every output.

Where do you work?

Globally, from our base in Hyderabad, India. Our growth focus is Europe, and each market we name has a page setting out how the state there funds an early company.
